“As a 58-year old triathlete and a nurse, I am very aware of the stresses and strains that I put on my body. Lisa Goodchild has enabled me to keep competing when others in my age-group could not. Her regular massages make it possible for me to continue to enjoy all of my activities without having to take any medications. I have had many types of massages in my life and Lisa Goodchild is absolutely the best! For example, last year I sustained an injury to my hip flexor. I sought help from orthopedists, physical therapists, and a chiropractor. I was not able to run or work out for three months. After one massage from Lisa, I was back on the treadmill and in the gym!” “Lisa has been an invaluable asset to our entire family. She has helped my daughter who competes in track and field to keep training and competing. She has helped my son recover from a back injury as well as helping him with his TMJ. I don't know what we'd do without her!”

“I have suffered from sciatic and SI joint pain since pregnancy. I have received many massages through the years for pain relief. Lisa Goodchild is the only Massage Therapist I have seen that can pin point my pain and offer relief immediately. She is so in tune with exactly where my body is holding tension and uses great deep techniques that I have found so many others to be missing. She is amazing!!”
